Below is a step-by-step KYC verification process that you will need to fully complete in order to activate all security levels of your TruBit Wallet account.

Press the profile icon at the top of your screen.

Review our full features and then tap Verify now.

Select your country and press the Continue button.

Read the Disclaimer and press the I Agree button.

Select your Country and ID Document and press the Confirm Selection button.

Select your State and press the Next button.

You will be directed to the MetMap verification process. Press the Next button.

Next, take a photo of the front of your ID by pressing the Take a photo button.

Then, take a photo of the back of your ID by pressing the Take a photo button.

After completing this stage, the next step is to take a video selfie. Follow the provided instructions and press Start to record the video.

Once the video selfie is captured, press the Done button.

Finally, the app will notify you with Successfully submitted. Wait a few minutes for the review to be completed and press OK.

8. You will be directed to the MetMap verification process. Press the Next button.
9. Next, take a photo of the front of your ID by pressing the Take a photo button.
10. Then, take a photo of the back of your ID by pressing the Take a photo button.
11. After completing this stage, the next step is to take a video selfie. Follow the provided instructions and press Start to record the video.
12. Once the video selfie is captured, press the Done button.
13. Finally, the app will notify you with Successfully submitted. Wait a few minutes for the review to be completed and press OK.
