TruBit Virtual Card
You can replace your TruBit Virtual Card up to 5 times at no cost. However, starting from the sixth replacement, an additional fee will apply:
Mexico: $50.00 MXN or its equivalent in another currency.
Argentina: $5000.00 ARS or its equivalent in another currency.
The TruBit Virtual Card can only be replaced up to 10 times. If you request an eleventh replacement, your account will be automatically blocked, and you will need to contact the support team to create a report.
Remember, your TruBit Virtual Card is not designed to be disposable or for single-use, as is the case on other platforms. The purpose of the TruBit Virtual Card is for long-term use, with the option to replace it if you suspect your data has been compromised.
TruBit Physical Card:
Mexico: You can request a new TruBit Physical Card from the TruBit Wallet app for a cost of $1.00 MXN, or its equivalent, for each replacement.
Argentina: $6500,00 ARS or its equivalent, per replacement.
