During this period, all services related to TruBit Wallet will be unavailable, including:
Logging into the TruBit App
Processing deposits and withdrawals in fiat currency (ARS, MXN, BRL)
Processing deposits and withdrawals via Blockchain
Accessing features in the app, such as Convert, transferring to and from TruBit Pro, Gift Cards, Earn+, and internal transfers between TruBit users.
If you need support during this time, please note that accessing the live chat within the TruBit App won't be available, you can always reach us via email at [email protected].
Note: Trading in TruBit Pro won't be impacted by this upgrade and will continue to operate normally.
