The "Trubit Card 6% cashback" promotion is organized by Trubit (Trubit Global Ltd), registered in the British Virgin Islands with registration number 2038445 and registered office at Craigmuir Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, VG 1110, British Virgin Islands.
Description: Trubit Global Ltd will provide 6% cashback in Bitcoin cryptocurrency equivalent on all purchases made with Trubit Card during the specified days and hours, subject to the limits and restrictions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
Trubit Card: The card known as Trubit Card is a secured credit card managed by Intermediación Activos Digitales, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (IAD), a company incorporated under Mexican laws and completely INDEPENDENT of Trubit Global Ltd. Therefore, under no circumstances should it be considered responsible for the advertising, organization, and operation of the "Promotion," nor should it be considered responsible for its execution. Any claims or complaints regarding Trubit Global Ltd derived from this promotion and draw should not be addressed to IAD.
Cashback: For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, cashback refers to the reward in Bitcoin cryptocurrency equivalent to 6% of all purchases made by the user with Trubit Card during the Promotion period, subject to availability.
Participation Mechanics
To participate, users must have an active Trubit Card and make purchases with it during the Promotion period.
Period:
The Promotion will be valid from 12:01 am on March 1, 2024, to 11:59 pm on March 3, 2024.
Eligibility:
The 6% cashback promotion in Bitcoin cryptocurrency equivalent applies to all purchases made by the user with their Trubit Card during the promotion period.
Reward:
6% cashback in Bitcoin cryptocurrency equivalent will be awarded for each purchase made during the specified period, subject to the limits and restrictions outlined in this document.
Cashback Calculation:
The 6% cashback is calculated on the total purchase amount, excluding taxes, fees, and shipping costs.
Receiving Cashback:
Cashback will be awarded in Bitcoin cryptocurrency equivalent to the user's Trubit Global Ltd wallet within 30 days after the purchase.
Specific Limits and Restrictions
Limits:
Users can only receive a maximum quarterly cashback equivalent in Bitcoin of $2,700.00 Mexican pesos in legal currency in the Mexican Republic. This means that, for the purposes of calculating the cashback that can be awarded to users in this promotion for purchases made with their Trubit Card in accordance with this document, consideration will be given to how much cashback they generated in the last quarter. From this amount, only the equivalent in Bitcoin of what is needed to complete $2,700.00 Mexican pesos in legal currency in the Mexican Republic can be received.
If a user has exceeded the amount of $2,700.00 Mexican pesos in legal currency in the Mexican Republic in cashback in the last quarter, they will not be eligible for cashback in this promotion.
Cashback can only be obtained until the resources allocated by Trubit Global Ltd are depleted, which will be $8,500.00 Mexican pesos in legal currency in the Mexican Republic.
Restrictions:
All purchases made with the Trubit Card will receive 6% cashback in Bitcoin, only during the days and hours specified in these Terms and Conditions.
Cashback is only valid until the resources allocated by Trubit Global Ltd for this Promotion are depleted.
Only valid for users residing in Mexico.
Purchases can only be made in Mexico.
Cashback points will not accumulate for canceled or returned purchases.
Personal Data Protection:
The information provided by participants will only be used for the purposes of this Promotion and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent, in accordance with TruBit Global Ltd's Privacy Policy available at https://help.TruBit.com/es/articles/6524462-politica-de-privacidad-de-TruBit.
Personal data of TruBit Card users will be confidential and will not be made public at any time.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

You declare and warrant that your participation is original and does not violate the intellectual property rights of third parties. TruBit Global Ltd reserves the right to disqualify entries that infringe upon third-party rights.
Rights of TruBit Global Ltd:
TruBit Global Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the event if unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control are detected.
TruBit Global Ltd may disqualify any participant who manipulates the participation process or violates these Terms.
In the event of an attempt to harm the event, TruBit Global Ltd may seek compensation permitted by law.
General Conditions:
By participating in the event, you agree to release TruBit Global Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, partners, representatives, and employees from any loss, injury, claim, or damage that may arise directly or indirectly from your participation in the event or the receipt and use of any prize.
These Terms are subject to your non-excludable rights or remedies under the law.
TruBit Global Ltd does not guarantee or warrant that the Prizes will meet specific or general requirements or expectations of any Participant. To the extent permitted by law, TruBit Global Ltd, its agents, or distributors shall not be liable, under any circumstances, to compensate the winner or accept any responsibility for loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from the acceptance of the prize, except when caused by negligence of the Organizer, its agents or distributors, or their employees.
Any damage, defect, or malfunction of the prize is not the responsibility of TruBit Global Ltd but of the third party that manufactured or distributed it.
TruBit Global Ltd shall not be held responsible for the information contained in third-party advertising about the "Trubit 6% cashback" promotion, as such advertising is not fully controlled by TruBit Global Ltd; likewise, TruBit Global Ltd is not responsible for any confusion or misunderstanding generated by such advertising.
If any participant did not comply with all the steps established in the Mechanics section of the Event or does not meet the eligibility requirements of this document, they will not be eligible to win the prize.
