We want to inform you of an upcoming maintenance and upgrade to our Grid Trading Function. This important step is part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with trading tools that are both highly efficient and effective.
Maintenance Schedule:
The maintenance process will begin on Febuary 5th, 2024, at 00:00 CST. After this date, it will not be allowed to open new Grid Trading bots. But for running bots, users will still have a few days' time to close it.
The Grid Trading function on Trubit Pro Platform will be completely suspended at February 22nd, 2024, at 00:00 CST.
Important Notes:
If you still have AI Grid Bots running, please ensure to find the right opportunity and close it before February 22nd, 2024, at 00:00 CST. To avoid any potential trading disruptions. If the running bot is not manually closed by users at the deadline, the system will automatically close these bots by then because of the maintenance and upgrade process requirement.
We will send announcement again when the maintenance and upgrade is complete and Grid Trading Function is available again.
