At TruBit we always seek to offer you high security standards that guarantee that both your personal information and your assets are safe. For this reason, you have the option to temporarily freeze the TruBit Card. Either to ensure that nobody else uses it, or to block it in case of loss or theft, all this from your mobile application.
Freezing your TruBit Card is very simple:
Open the TruBit app on your device.
Tap the Card icon.
Select the "Freeze" button.
Confirm the freezing of your TruBit Card.
Enter your Transaction password to confirm.
Your TruBit card has been temporarily frozen.
Note:
Keep in mind that while your TruBit Card is frozen, you will not be able to carry out any operation with it. For this reason, make sure to unfreeze it before using it to avoid any rejection by the merchant where you want to pay.
