TruBit Pro will take proactive steps to upgrade its Perpetual Contract trading system. Therefore, we will conduct scheduled maintenance and upgrades beginning at 1:00 am on May 7th, 2023 (CDT).

The upgrade is expected to last from 1:00 am - 2:00 am, May 7th, 2023 (CDT).

During the system upgrade period, all trading functions of perpetual contracts on the TruBit Pro platform will be temporarily suspended for around 15 minutes. Also, system maintenance will need to cancel all pending open orders for BTCUSDT, ETHUSDT, XRPUSDT, SOLUSDT, ADAUSDT, OPUSDT, FILUSDT, MATICUSDT, APTUSDT, LINKUSDT, DYDXUSDT, DOGEUSDT, BNBUSDT, LTCUSDT, AVAXUSDT, FTMUSDT, EOSUSDT, and DOTUSDT.

Please note that your existing assets/portions in your contract will remain unaffected, and your asset security will not be compromised during this maintenance exercise.

We kindly request that you read this announcement carefully and be aware that your pending open orders will be canceled before the upgrade. You may need to place orders again after the maintenance is completed.
