It is essential to create an asset password in TruBit Pro, since with it you will be able to confirm your transactions within the platform. We recommend that this password be alphanumeric, that is, that it contain both letters and numbers, to increase its security. It is important that you remember this password and keep it safe at all times.

If you forget your password or request a change, you will not be able to make any movements in your account for a period of 24 hours.

Web Version

Method 1

To enable the Asset Password in your TruBit Pro account, here is how to create it:

Method 1:


1. Log in to your TruBit Pro account.
2. Click on the Profile button, located at the top right of the screen.
3. Next, you will see a sub-menu; click on the Security option.
4. Within the Security menu, select the option Asset password (Enable).
5. Next, the app will ask you to set an asset password, so you need to enter it.
6. Confirm the password, entering it again.
7. Click the Submit button to send the verification code to your email account.
8. Enter the 6-digit security code that was sent to your email and click the Confirm button.
9. Run the Captcha security process.
10. The system will send you a message confirming the change and indicating that you will not be able to transfer or withdraw for 24 hours.


Finally, it will be recommended to activate Face ID or Touch ID for faster payments. You can run this process later by tapping the Cancel button.

Method 2:

1. Enter your TruBit Pro account; once inside the home screen, click on the Buy Crypto button, located at the top of the screen.
2. Then you will see a submenu; click on the P2P option.
3. Within the P2P screen, click on the More option and select the Active password option.
4. Within the Security menu, select the option Asset password (Enable).
5. Next, the app will ask you to set an asset password, so you need to enter it.
6. Confirm the password, entering it again.
7. Click the Submit button to send the verification code to your email account.
8. Enter the 6-digit security code that was sent to your email and click the Confirm button.
9. Run the Captcha security process.
10. The system will send you a message confirming the change and indicating that you will not be able to transfer or withdraw for 24 hours.


App Version

To activate your assets password is very simple, below we will detail how to do it step by step.

Method 1:


1. Log in to the TruBit Pro account.

4. Within the Security menu, select the Asset Password (Enable Now) option.
5. Next, the app will ask you to set an asset password, so you need to enter it.
6. Confirm the password by entering it again and taping the Continue button.
7. Send the Send button to send the verification code to your email account.
8. Enter the 6-digit security code that was sent to your email and press the Continue button.
9. Run the Captcha security process.
10. The system will send you a message confirming the change and indicating that you will not be able to transfer or withdraw for 24 hours.

  5. Next, the app will ask you to set an asset password, so you need to enter it.

  6. Confirm the password, entering it again, and tap on the Continue button.

  7. Next, tap the Send button to send the verification code to your email account.

  8. Enter the 6-digit security code that was sent to your email and tap on the Continue button.

  9. Run the Captcha security process.

  10. The system will send you a message confirming the change and indicating that you will not be able to transfer or withdraw for 24 hours.
