Why could my account be blocked?

Your account could be blocked for a number of reasons, including:

If you entered your login password three times consecutively incorrectly, after 24 hours, your account will be automatically unlocked, and you will be able to log in again or use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password.

If you file an appeal with OTC, the amount of the transaction in question will be frozen.

Is it possible, or can I cancel a withdrawal or deposit order?

It is important to note that once a withdrawal or deposit order is executed, it is not possible to cancel it. However, if you have pending orders, it is possible to cancel them at any time before they are executed.

Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review your orders before confirming that they are the correct network and minimum amount and placing the TAG or Memo ID on the corresponding tokens.

Tips to protect your TruBit account

To ensure the security of your devices and personal data, it is essential that you set up complex and unique passwords on your devices that are at least 8 characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. Avoid using easy-to-guess passwords, such as your name, date of birth, cell phone number, etc. Examples of insecure passwords are "Trubit123456", "abc123456", "1999238". Instead, it is recommended to use more secure passwords such as "Bjebic@132".

Once you have set up a strong password, it is advisable to change it periodically to improve the security of your account. In addition, it is important not to connect to public wireless networks, as these can be vulnerable to hackers who can steal the transmitted data. Therefore, it is recommended to use secure and reliable Wi-Fi networks to ensure the security of your personal data.

In addition to setting a strong password, another measure you can take to improve the security of your accounts is to use two-factor authentication (2FA) using the Google Authenticator application: https://help.trubit.com/es/articles/6225449-autenticacion-de-dos-factores-2fa-app.

Regularly scan your devices with antivirus software: Use reliable antivirus software to scan your devices to ensure they are free of viruses and malware. Configure the software to perform periodic scans to keep your system protected.

Deposit to the wrong account:

If you have made a deposit to an address that does not belong to TruBit Pro, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to receive such a deposit. Due to the anonymity that characterizes blockchain technology, TruBit does not have the ability to identify who controls those addresses, and therefore, we cannot recover the virtual assets deposited in them. We recommend you always carefully verify the address before making any deposit to avoid inconvenience.

1. Any loss incurred due to missing, wrong tag or wrong address will be irreversible and users need to be fully responsible for it.

2. For special cases of losses due to deposits to wrong addresses or Tags, there may be an additional charge to resolve the problem.
