At TruBit, you can now request secure, instant, and commission-free payments from other registered users. Simply enter their email, phone number, nickname, or account UID, you will be able to request cryptos from them!
Here are the steps to follow:
Enter your TruBit App.
Find the 'Receive' option at the top and enter the detail page.
In the 'TruBit Network' section, select 'Request'.
Enter the nickname, email, phone number or account UID of the users from whom you want to make the request. Keep in mind that these data must correspond to TruBit registered users.
Determine the amount and currency that you want to request. (Note: When requesting from multiple users, you can switch between the 'Total' and 'Individual' tabs to adjust the amount.)
Next, you can leave a message for the user at your wish (emoji and sticker are available).
Review the amount and user information, then tap the 'Request' button.
Enter your Trade Password to submit the request.
Well done! You have requested successfully, and you can check the detail in the Balance History.
Also, our system will inform you in the notification center when the user pays or rejects your request.
Note:
The request is valid for 48 hours so please remind your receiver to accept it before expired.
