To reset your Home Password perform the following steps:
Enter the TruBit App.
From the initial screen, enter the ME section.
On the Sign In screen, tap on Forgot your password?
Enter your registration email in TruBit and tap Send to receive your code to the registered email.
Slide the Captcha to tell us that you are not a Bot.
Confirm the Update Password process with the code sent to your email.
If you have linked your cell phone number, the system will ask you to confirm with an SMS code.
Enter the new password and confirm this new password, tap the Reset button.
Congratulations! you have created your new password. Now you can login again.
NOTE: Remember that when you reset your Password for security reasons, you will not be able to make any movements within your account for the next 24 hours.
