Below we indicate how to carry out the process of Selling on the Web:
Log into your TruBit Pro account from our website.
Click on the Buy Crypto section and select the Buy & Sell Crypto option.
Select the SPEI option.
In the Bank Transfers (SPEI) window, select the Sell option.
Enter the amount in MMXN that you want to sell, the conversion of how much will be deposited in your bank account will be made automatically.
Check that the amount and CLABE account are correct in the Payment Detail section.
Press the Sell button to execute the transaction.
Next, validate the status of your Sale in the Purchase & Sale Order option.
Finally, once the sale is successful, you will see the amount reflected in your bank account.

Tap the Buy/Sell option.

If the amount of the sale is not reflected, we ask you to contact the TruBit Team with the following information:

Tracking key
Receipt with visible data (Amount, Date, Time)
UID and email
