WoW! Now in TruBit Pro and TruBit Wallet you can BUY through Bank Transfer.

The best thing is that when making the purchase, the amount will automatically be converted into MMXN and you will be able to Trade with the pairs available within our platforms.

Below we indicate how to carry out the process of Buying:

Web Version

  1. Log in to your TruBit Pro account from our website.

  2. Click on the Buy Crypto section and select the Buy & Sell Crypto option.

  3. Select the Bank Transfer option.

  4. In the Bank Transfer window, select the Buy option, Copy the CLABE account assigned to your TruBit Pro account

  5. Enter your app or bank portal from where you will make the transfers and paste the CLABE account.

  6. Determine the amount to buy and complete the operation within your app or banking portal.

  7. Next, validate the status of your purchase in the Buy & Sell Order option.

  8. Once the purchase is successful, the app will send you a notification asking you to select the destination account, you must choose if you want to transfer it to the TruBit Pro Account or to the TruBit Wallet.

  9. Congratulations! now you have Cryptos available to start Trading.

    You can use your purchased MMXN for trading, but withdrawal or transfer within 24 hours is not available.

App Version

  1. Enter into your TruBit Pro App.

  2. Tap the Buy/Sell option.

  3. Tap the option Bank transfer.

  4. Within the Buy option, copy the assigned CLABE account to your TruBit Pro account.

  5. Enter your app or bank portal from where you will make the transfers and paste the CLABE account.

  6. Determine the amount to buy and complete the operation within your app or banking portal.

  7. Next, validate the status of your purchase in the Buy & Sell Order option.

  8. Once the purchase is successful, the app will send you a notification asking you to select the destination account, you must choose if you want to transfer it to the TruBit Pro Account or to the TruBit Wallet.

  9. Congratulations! now you have Cryptos available to start Trading.

Can't make a purchase?

If the purchase amount is not reflected, we ask you to contact the TruBit Team with the following information:

  • Home Bank

  • Tracking key

  • Receipt with visible data (Amount, Date, Time):

  • UID and email

Terms of use:

  1. Available only for users from Mexico and with a complete profile (KYC 1 and KYC 2 verified).

  2. Only use of personal accounts in the name of the TruBit Pro account holder (No third party accounts will be accepted).

  3. The minimum purchase amount is $1.00 MXN
