Updating your access password is very simple, below we detail step by step how to do it.
Web Version
Log in from the TruBit Pro website.
Once inside your session, click on the User button, located at the top right of the screen.
Select the Security option.
Once inside the Security option, click on the Change button of the Login Password option, within the Security Functions heading.
Next, a pop-up window will be enabled where you will be asked to enter your old password.
Then also assign a new password and confirm it.
Click the Confirm button.
Ready! your password has been updated, log in again with your new password.
App Version
Log in from the TruBit Pro App.
Once inside your session, click on the User button, located at the top left of the screen.
Select the Security option.
Once inside the Security option, select the Access Password option.
Then the App will send you to the Change Access Password screen where it will ask you to enter your Original Password.
Then also assign a new password and confirm it.
Click the Confirm button.
Ready! your password has been updated, log in again with your new password.
