How to Deposit/Withdraw Cryptos in TruBit Wallet?

TruBit makes it easy to deposit and withdraw cryptocurrencies on-chain. 📲 Follow these steps to get started! 💡✨


Deposit Crypto

  • Enter your TruBit App.

  • Click on 'Transfer' section and select 'Receive Crypto'.

  • Choose or search the crypto that you want to deposit, then select the appropriate network on the next page.

  • You will see the Minimum Deposit Amount and the QR code that contains deposit address, which you can directly share or save in your photo album.

  • Finally, copy the deposit address or scan the QR code on other platform to finalize the transfer.

  • The system will inform you in the notification center when the funds are deposited successfully. However, you can also check the status in the Assets History.


Withdraw Crypto

  • Enter your TruBit App.

  • Click on 'Transfer' section and select 'Send Crypto'.

  • Choose or search the crypto that you want to withdraw.

  • In next page, select a network that aligns with your fee preferences.

  • Paste the withdrawal address or directly select one from your Address Book.

  • Enter the amount you want to withdraw and click 'Next'.

  • Review your transaction details, and click 'Confirm' to proceed.

  • Complete the Security Verification and your withdrawal request will be submitted!

  • The system will inform you in the notification center when the funds are sent successfully. However, you can also check the status in the Assets History.


Note: In the event that the movement is not reflected in the account, please contact the support team with the following information:

  • UID

  • Currency and Amount

  • Txid

  • Tag/Memo (Optional)

  • Screenshot of Movements
