Situation 1: Please kindly note that if you have confirmed the withdrawal, there is no way for us to cancel or reverse it. Due to the anonymity of the blockchain, Mexo do not know who controls those addresses and have no means of recovering those coins. We advise you to negotiate with your counter-party directly.

Situation 2: If you have withdrawn your funds to another exchange with an incorrect or empty tag/required remarks, please contact the receiving exchange with your TxID and related information to retrieve.

Situation 3: If you have withdrawn your fund to a Mexo deposit address, you may click “Contact Mexo Customer Service” or “Submit A Request” in Help Center, and provide the following information:

  1. Account ID.

  2. Coin/Token type.

  3. Transaction amount.

  4. Transaction TxID.

  5. TAG (if any)

  6. The incorrect deposit address and the correct deposit address.
