Due to occasional index abnormalities of some contract trading pairs, starting from 4:10 (UTC-5) today, it caused liquidation to some users. The abnormally liquidated currency pairs are as follows: ETH-SWAP-USDT contract, BSV-SWAP-USDT contract, XRP-USDT perpetual contract, BCH-USDT perpetual contract.
Mexo has fixed the abnormalities as soon as possible and confirmed that the problem has been completely resolved at 6:30 (UTC-5). Mexo is now working to investigate the reason.
For users who suffered the loss from liquidation caused by this index abnormality, Mexo will make accordingly compensation after loss verification. Please contact the platform online customer service for details (Note: The liquidation loss at the normal index condition will not be included in the scope of this compensation).
