Promotion valid only for adults who have an account in Mexo.

Mexo reserves the right to cancel participants with conduct that it considers contrary to the objective of the dynamics and/or that manifests some type of negative comment against Mexo's products/services, as well as those materials that are contrary to morals or good customs.

Limited to one participation per person and one prize per winner.

Prizes will be limited according to the terms set forth herein and will be given only to the participant who is entitled to them during the terms set forth herein.

The prizes will be personal and non-transferable and will not be paid in cash equivalent or any other form of payment other than the prizes themselves.

All expenses not specified by Mexo in these Terms and Conditions shall be borne by each participant, including but not limited to: production expenses, travel expenses, transfer costs and/or payment of taxes, if any.

In case any of the participants or winners do not send the information required by Mexo within the indicated time period, it will be understood that Mexo has renounced any prize or participation, reserving the right of Mexo to choose another winner.

The decisions of the Jury will be unappealable.

Participants will be responsible for the accuracy of all information shared or requested for the confirmation of the prize.

All materials uploaded and/or generated for the purpose of the contest shall be the property of Mexo, so that participants, upon registration and compliance with the requirements of these terms and conditions, freely assign the rights of use and exploitation of the materials generated for the purpose of the contest. Similarly, participants will at all times guarantee that all materials with which they participate are their own and original ideas and therefore do not infringe any copyright or any other right of any third party, so if not, they agree to take Mexo out in peace and safety.

At any time during the term of the promotion, and even having selected the winners, in case the participation does not meet the conditions and requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions, Mexo may cancel the participant's participation, without liability. Likewise, Mexo reserves the right to declare the promotion void in case none of the participants meet the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

Under no circumstances will Mexo assume any responsibility after having delivered the prizes to the winners.

Any act executed by the participants in compliance with these Terms and Conditions will be understood as an express and irrevocable acceptance of the same.

Mexo reserves the right to totally or partially modify the Terms and Conditions of the contest. As well as the interpretation of the provisions therein, being unappealable the decisions taken in that sense, as well as on aspects not foreseen in these Terms and Conditions. Any modification will be informed with due notice to the general public, without giving rise to any claim or compensation.

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that, by reason of present or future domiciles, may correspond.

Mexo, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in possession of individuals, as well as other secondary provisions, makes known that personal data under this dynamic will be collected, solely and exclusively may be used for purposes arising from this legal relationship such as: registration of participants and notification of winners.

Under no circumstances does this contest represent a transfer of rights and trademarks owned by Mexo.

The prizes of the event will be distributed to the user's account within 7 working days after acceptance of the prize.

Mexo reserves the right of final explanation of the event.
