Dear Mexo Users:

We are excited! New products, services and improvements to Mexo, the most complete platform in Latin America, are yet to come to provide a better service to its users and community.

We have started working on a big update that will include:

  • New products for holders

  • Adding more countries and currencies to our P2P market listing

  • A renewed and more complete academy offering

  • Improvements in the performance of the Mexo App

  • Easier and faster MMXN acquisition

  • Greater liquidity and depth in the spot market and contracts

We know that this is not an easy task and we have set ourselves the goal of having everything ready for you before the end of 2021, so we have started a maintenance plan to update our platform and carry out this crucial overhaul which will help us provide a better experience for our users. The maintenance and update tasks could affect the following functions for a short period of time; we know that they are an inconvenience but you can be sure that Mexo always sustains the commitment to protect its users’ assets and we will do our best to guarantee a seamless update.

Maintenance Period:

Nov, 21, 2021 6 PM (CDMX) - Nov, 24, 2021 10 AM. (CDMX)

Some of the functions that will be affected during this period:

  1. Platform functions will be periodically suspended during maintenance

We would like to remind our users that their limit orders will be closed during the system upgrade time.

Noted: After the system upgrade, the user's wallet address will be changed. Please DO NOT use your old wallet address to make a new deposit.

System Upgrade Reward Event

In order to appreciate our user’s continuous support, we prepared a total of $5000 USDT value of reward for our users after the system upgrade.

Duration:

Nov.23rd 10 AM - Dec.5th 11:59 PM

Event 1: Trade and share $3,000 USDT reward pool.

During the event period, users whose total trading volume ≥ 100 USDT are regarded as valid users who can participate to share a total of $3,000 USDT reward pool depending on the proportion of their trading volume amount out of the total trading volume of all the valid users.

Users can get rewards amount = Their own total trading volume / Total trading volume of all valid users * 3000 USDT

Event 2: Deposit and share $2,000 USDT reward pool.

During the event, users whose net deposits (deposit amount-withdrawal amount) ≥ 10 USDT are regarded as valid users. They can participate to share a total $2,000 reward pool according to the proportion of their net deposit amount to the total net deposits of all valid users.

Users can get rewards amount = Their own net deposits / total net deposits of all valid users * 2000 USDT

Event Terms:

  1. Rewards will be credited into each qualified user's Mexo wallet within 14 days after the event.

  2. Mexo reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion rules at our sole discretion.

  3. Mexo reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk registered accounts, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.

  4. Mexo reserves the right of final explanation of the event.
