Payment methods.
You can buy digital assets by following the steps below：
Open “ mexo.io ”, click on “Log in”.
After logging into your Mexo account, select the “Buy Crypto” button at the top of the homepage.
Click on the digital currency type you want to buy, choose the ad based on price and payment method. Click “Buy”.
Enter the amount you want to trade/ the total transaction amount and the trade password. Click “Confirm Order”.
Transfer to order transaction page. Make sure the transaction information is correct. Select the payment method and complete the payment within 240 minutes. Click “Confirm Payment”.
To create a good trading environment, if you have not paid successfully, please do not click the "Confirm Payment" button to avoid any dispute.
If the buyer have not completed the payment within 240 minutes, the system will cancel the transaction automatically and record it as a cancellation order. If you have accumulated more than three cancellation orders, the system will limit you trading for 24 hours.
In the "Confirm Payment" pop-up window, confirm the payment information before clicking "Confirm Payment" and please wait for the seller to release the digital assets.
After the seller releasing the digital assets, you can check your balance in Wallet Balance.
Reminder:
For the safety of your assets, please make sure that the payment method of the other party is consistent with the real-name authentication information. Be aware of fraud.
Please try to avoid huge transaction amount and improve your Anti-Money Laundering awareness.
When conducting transactions on Mexo P2P Trading platform, please do not indicate sensitive information during the payment process. For example: Mexo, digital currency, bitcoin, BTC, USDT, ETH, etc.
