  3. I received the payment from the account of a third party, that is, the name in the buyer's account is different from the name which it is registered on the platform.

  4. Other reasons why you could start an appeal: If the buyer violated the transaction policies. For example, if the buyer asks you to continue the transaction through another platform or outside the TruBit Pro P2P website or application.

As a buyer when can I open an appeal??
