The UID is an identification number assigned to each user within the platform, which consists of numbers. It is essential that you have your UID at hand to be able to carry out any type of clarification or management on the platform.
Web Version
To find your UID within the WEB page we provide you with the following steps:
Log in from the WEB page: trubit.com/new/signup
Once inside your account locate your User Profile.
Click on the Security section
Once inside you can find your UID on the top left of the screen, as shown in the image.
App Version
Log in to your TruBit App.
