4:00 PM CST, December 3rd, 2024 – 5:00 PM CST, December 20th, 2024

First come first serve. The campaign may end early once the prize pool is depleted.

3. Prize Pool & Details

The Prize Pool will be $10,000. First come first serve.

Learn and Earn Event brings multiple awards, among them:

  • First Prize: $8 worth of Tokens - if you get all the 12 questions right

  • Second Prize: $7 worth of Tokens - if you answer 11 questions right

  • Third Prize: $6 worth of Tokens - if you answer 10 questions right

  • Lucky Draw for Participants: For users who did not win any of the above prizes, a AirDrop of $3 equivalent tokens will be randomly distributed to 10% of the rest of all participants.

4. FAQ:

4.1 Who can participate in the Learn and Earn Program?

TruBit Pro LATAM KYC users are eligible to participate in this campaign.

4.2 When will I receive my reward?

Rewards for the referral task will be paid out within 7 business days after the campaign finishes.

4.3 How many times can I attend this airdrop event?

One user will be given one time to answer questions and earn the airdrop. But if you share this event via the referral link on your social media and there are friends who also attend through your referral link, you can get one extra opportunity to attend.

4.4 Terms and Conditions:

The event "Holiday Season Learn and Earn" (hereinafter referred to as "The Event") is organized by TruBit (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

  1. Eligibility:

  • The event "Holiday Season Learn and Earn" ("The Event") is open only to TruBit Pro's Spanish-speaking users who have passed the KYC on TruBit Pro, and are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Employees of TruBit, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, along with their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. This Campaign is void where prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Terms:

  • By attending the event, you (“Entrant”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and that participating in this event is not prohibited in your jurisdiction. You also agree to accept the decisions of TruBit Pro as final and binding in all matters related to the event.

3. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

  • By participating in the event, you fully accept these Terms.

  • You declare and guarantee that you meet the eligibility requirements to participate in the event.

  • You agree to abide by TruBit Global Ltd's decisions as final and binding concerning the event.

4. Rights of TruBit:

  • TruBit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the event if unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control are detected.

  • TruBit may disqualify any participant who manipulates the participation process or violates these Terms.

  • In the event of an attempt to damage the event, TruBit may seek compensation permitted by law.

5. General Conditions:

  • By participating in the event, you agree to release TruBit, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, partners, representatives, and employees from any liability for any loss, injury, claim, or damage that may arise directly or indirectly from your participation in the event or the receipt and use of any prize.

  • These Terms are subject to your non-excludable rights or remedies under the law.

  • If any participant fails to complete all the steps outlined in the Event Tasks section or does not meet the eligibility requirements in this document, they will not be eligible to win the prize.

6. Personal Data Protection:

  • The information provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent, in accordance with TruBit Privacy Policy available at https://help.TruBit.com/es/articles/6524462-politica-de-privacidad-de-TruBit.

  • The personal data of TruBit Card users will be confidential and will not be made public at any time.

7. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
