3. Campaign Timeline
Campaign Registration Period
November 1st, 2024 – November 20th, 2024
TruBit Internal selection of projects & Announce the top 10 (who will enter the next round)
November 20th, 2024 - November 25th, 2024
Top 10 Projects Promotion & Crypto Community Voting period, with media promotions, social media exposure and a live pitch competition on X where projects can present their ideas. TruBit Pro will provide allocated budget and resources to promote the Top 10 projects.
November 26th, 2024 – mid-December, 2024)
Post-Campaign (December, 2024 – January, 2025):
(1)Winning project’s celebration event & official listing on TruBit Pro.
(2)Non-winners will be offered ongoing support for future listings.
4. Winner Selection
1. Preselection Phase (TruBit Internal).
From the total number of registered tokens, we will internally select only 10 finalists to enter the next round and earn the media exposure opportunities offered and sponsored by TruBit.
2. Live Pitch Competition on X Livestream
There will be a competition where the 10 finalists projects will present their ideas to the TruBit community in real time, and we will broadcast this Live Pitch Competition through all TruBit social media channels including Latam channel in Spanish, TruBit Global in English, and TruBit Chinese to Asian market.
TruBit users will then vote to select the final winner through our website or social media links. One winning project will be selected depending on the number of votes each project get during the voting period. *TruBit reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or violates these Terms.
5. How to Participate
Interested projects can enter the campaign by filling out the online registration form.
Details such as the project name, representative’s contact information, token details, and social media links are required.
6. Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility:
The Free Listing Campaign (“Campaign”) is open only to blockchain-based projects with representatives who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Employees of TruBit, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, along with their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. This Campaign is void where prohibited by law.
Agreement to Terms:
By submitting an entry to the Campaign, you (“Entrant”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and that participating in this Campaign is not prohibited in your jurisdiction. You also agree to accept the decisions of TruBit Pro as final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign.

By participating, you:
Consent to TruBit, its affiliates, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns having the right, where permitted by law, to use your project’s name, logo, and statements about the Campaign, in any media worldwide, without further compensation, notice, or consent, for marketing, promotional, and public relations purposes.
Warrant that the information you submit in connection with the Campaign does not infringe any third party’s rights. If any information is claimed to infringe upon the rights of a third party, you agree to defend or settle such claims at your expense and indemnify TruBit from any claims or damages.
Selection Process and TruBit Rights:
TruBit Pro will preselect 10 finalists from all eligible entries based on project potential, relevance, and compliance with listing standards. Finalists will be announced on November 25th, 2024, and will advance to a public voting phase.
TruBit Pro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign in the event of unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond its control that could affect the Campaign’s administration, security, fairness, or integrity. TruBit Pro may, at its discretion, select a winner from all eligible entries received before any such action.
TruBit reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or violates these Terms.
Prize Details:
One winning project will receive a free token listing on TruBit Pro (Default Simple Listing Package), including a one-month complimentary market-making service. Prize details and specific services may vary and are subject to availability.
Limitations of Liability:
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless TruBit, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, agents, and employees from any liability or claims for loss, injury, illness, or damage resulting from participation in the Campaign or acceptance of the prize. This includes, but is not limited to, any technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or errors in the administration of the Campaign.
Disputes:
Any disputes arising from the Campaign will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TruBit is registered. Entrants agree that all decisions regarding campaign outcomes are final and binding.
