Step-by-Step Guide to Completing KYB with TruBit
1. Get Started To begin your KYB process, please click the "Start" button on your TruBit dashboard.
2. Fill Out Basic Company Information Kindly provide essential details about your company, including its name, registration number, and address.
3. Upload Relevant Documents Please ensure that all required documents, such as incorporation certificates, shareholder registries, and company licenses, are uploaded.
4. Verify UBO Information
Step 1: Complete the basic information for the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO).
Step 2: We kindly ask the UBO to complete their individual KYC verification.
Step 3: Once done, please add the UBO to the system.
5. Verify the Legal Representative
Step 1: Please enter the legal representative's basic information.
Step 2: We request the legal representative to complete their individual KYC verification.
Step 3: After verification, please add the legal representative to the system.
6. Verify Directors
Step 1: Kindly enter basic information for each director (we highly recommend selecting "individual" for each).
Step 2: Please have the directors complete their individual KYC verifications.
Step 3: Once completed, add the directors to the system.
7. Complete the Transaction Profile Questionnaire Please answer questions regarding the company’s transaction activities and expected financial flow.
8. Submit Your Application Once you have completed all the steps, kindly submit your application. You can track the status of your application on your dashboard, where we will provide feedback and updates.
