To enhance the experience of contract trading, TruBit Pro plans to perform server maintenance on October 16, 2024, with an estimated maintenance duration of 48 hours.
During the maintenance:
Users can still access TruBit Pro normally, and the regular trading of other business lines will not be affected.
Positions opening & closing and order matching function will not be affected, so users can trade as usual.
However, users will not be able to perform the following operations:
Modify leverage ratios;
Change position modes (One-way or Hedge Mode);
Adjust margin (Cross or Isolated Margin);
Switch trading modes (Separation or Merger Mode).
The following information will be affected and temporarily unavailable
Current leverage ratio of positions;
Position mode (One-way or Hedge Mode);
Margin (Cross or Isolated Margin);
Trading mode (Separation or Merger Mode);
ROI rate of positions.
All affected functions will be restored immediately after the maintenance is completed, and we'll issue notification as well.
To avoid possible market fluctuations during the maintenance period, we recommend managing risks by adding margin, reducing leverage, or closing positions in advance.
